System Initialization
Hi to all xPONENT 3.1 users! It is important that you get your system primed and ready to run prior to running a batch (or experiment) on the LX100/200. In order to do this it is critical that you run your system initialization routine. This routine (if left as the default) will run a system warm-up (a 30 minute warm-up of your lasers), prime (to remove air from the sheath fluid side of your instrument), alcohol flush (to remove air from the sample fluid side of your instrument) a few washes (to remove residual alcohol) and then run your system calibration (to set the voltage channels for the red and green lasers), verification (to verify that the calibration is set properly) and fluidics (to assess carryover from well to well). All of these items are critical to maintaining your system's integrity. For xPONENT 3.1 users Luminex Corporation recommends that you calibrate your instrument weekly and verify your instrument daily. In order to keep in good practice and maintain your instrument properly make sure to run your system initialization!Feedback?
