xPONENT® 3.1 Basic

Welcome to the xPONENT® 3.1 Basic Training User group!  This group is customized for customers using xPONENT® 3.1 Basic Training.  Luminex Trainers will post information to this user group as a follow up to your xPONENT® 3.1 Basic Training Course. As new questions arise during future training courses, new information will be posted here.  You can connect with other members of this group who attended your class, and even those who did not. You can also connect with your Trainer.  Only Luminex Trainers can post information to the group, but each user can communication directly with anyone they have connected with. System Initialization

Hi to all xPONENT 3.1 users!  It is important that you get your system primed and ready to run prior to running a batch (or experiment) on the LX100/200.  In order to do this it is critical that you run your system initialization routine.  This routine (if left as the default) will run a system warm-up (a 30 minute warm-up of your lasers), prime (to remove air from the sheath fluid side of your instrument), alcohol flush (to remove air from the sample fluid side of your
